Jabari A. Bennett, Esquire

Attorney Jabari Bennett began his legal career working for a national insurance defense firm, specializing in complex litigation cases and multiparty disputes. It was here that he learned the patterns and practices of insurance companies and gained valuable trial experience. After leaving corporate defense, Mr. Bennett began working for a boutique personal injury firm where he continued to hone his skills in insurance practice on behalf of accident victims and advocating for the voiceless in their claims to be made whole after suffering devastating injuries.

After starting in personal injury, Mr. Bennett took a job at one of the largest plaintiff property claim law firms in the state of Florida, representing homeowners, corporate clients, and business owners in their battles against the insurance companies for benefits that were rightfully owed to his clients. Mr. Bennett also continued advocating for accident victims, developing a successful personal injury department at the firm.

After over a decade in practice and millions recovered on behalf of his clients, Mr. Bennett sought to open his own firm to better serve his clients and the people of the great State of Florida. Mr. Bennett focuses on personal injury claims, wrongful death, property damage claims, contract drafting and business consultation. Mr. Bennett brings his vast experience in and out of the courtroom to you in a manner that prioritizes his clients and their inclusion in the case or process and a tireless dedication to securing a favorable outcome.

Mr. Bennett is originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Tampa and graduated from Florida A&M University College of Law. Mr. Bennett served as the Student Bar Association president his third year of law school. Mr. Bennett was awarded the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Section Pro Bono Award of Excellence and the New Lawyer Award of Excellence from the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Bennett has been a member of the Florida Justice Association and has received a commendation from the organization. Mr. Bennett has also been a member of the Orange County Bar Association, further establishing his roots in the community and serving the citizens of Central Florida.
